2. Agreement to Terms
Your use of the Platform and services are governed by these Terms of Use. By using the Platform, you are contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms constitute your binding obligations.

3. Eligibility to Use
Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Persons "incompetent to contract" (including un-discharged insolvents) are not eligible
- Minors (under 18 years): May use the Platform only under supervision and prior consent of a parent or legal guardian
4. Account & Registration
- You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for all acts done through your registered account
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your display name and password

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our specific policies, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference:
💰 Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices, products and services may change at Platform Owner's discretion.
❌ Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., unable to fulfill, policy violations, pricing errors).
6. Payment Terms
💳 Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following methods:
- UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Mobile Wallets
🔒 Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details or sensitive payment information on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted using SSL technology during transmission.
✅ Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. The order is considered placed only after payment is successfully processed and confirmed by our payment gateway.
❌ Failed Transactions
In case of a failed transaction, if the amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days by your bank. If not received, please contact your bank with the transaction reference number.
💵 Currency
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only. We currently do not accept international payments or foreign currencies.
🧾 Invoicing
A GST-compliant invoice will be provided with your order shipment. For any invoice-related queries, contact us at orion7sales.pro@gmail.com.
7. Refund & Cancellation
📋 Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. To request cancellation, email us immediately with your Order ID at orion7sales.pro@gmail.com.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Order undeliverable and returned to us
- Product unavailable (rare cases)

🔄 Returns & Replacements
We offer replacements only for damaged or defective products. An unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement claims. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. For complete details, see our Return & Replacement Policy.
8. User Obligations
- Do not use the Platform for any unlawful, illegal or forbidden purpose
- Comply with all Indian and local laws applicable to you
- Pay all charges associated with availing the Services
9. Intellectual Property
The contents of the Platform are proprietary to us and licensed to us. You have no authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents including:

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim, demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Violation of Privacy Policy or other Policies
- Violation of any law, rules or regulations
- Infringement of third party rights (including intellectual property)
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
13. Force Majeure
The parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event, including:
