At Orion7sales, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be handled.

1. Shipping Costs

We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India. There are no hidden charges at checkout; the price you see is the price you pay.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Order Processing: We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow us 1 to 2 business days to pack and hand over your order to our courier partners.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the accessibility of your pincode.

🏘️ Tier-2/3 Cities & Remote Areas

May take up to 7-10 days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Courier Partners & Tracking

We use reputed third-party courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking ID and a link to track your package live.
  • Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

5. Undelivered Packages (RTO)

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. If you are unavailable to receive the package, or if the address/phone number provided is incorrect, the package will be returned to us (RTO).

Reshipping: If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to correct the address. If you wish for us to reship the product, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee for the second attempt.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

In the rare event that your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:

  • You must report this issue to us within 24 hours of the status update.
  • We will open an investigation with our courier partner. This process can take 5-7 business days.
  • Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained as per courier guidelines.

7. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order for a full refund only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

If the order has already been handed over to the courier, we cannot cancel it. In such cases, our standard Return & Replacement Policy will apply.
