Refund Policy

⚠️ Please note: We offer Replacements ONLY for damaged or defective products. Monetary refunds are only available for cancelled orders (before dispatch).

1. When Can You Get a Refund?

You are eligible for a full refund only in the following cases:

  • You cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
  • Your order could not be delivered after multiple attempts and is returned to us.
  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability (rare cases).

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order for a full refund only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

To cancel, email us immediately at orion7sales.pro@gmail.com with your Order ID.

If the order has already been handed over to the courier, we cannot cancel it. In such cases, our Return & Replacement Policy will apply.

3. No Refund for Delivered Products

Once a product has been delivered, we do not offer monetary refunds. This includes:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product
  • Product does not meet your expectations
  • You no longer need the product

We will confirm the cancellation within 24 hours.
