Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products. We take great pride in our product quality. However, if you receive a damaged or defective unit, we are here to help.
⚠️ Please note that we offer Replacements ONLY. We do not offer monetary refunds.
1. Eligibility for Replacement
Because we sell a specialized product, we operate on a strict replacement policy. You are eligible for a free replacement only under the following conditions:
- The product was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
- The product has a manufacturing defect (broken parts, functional failure).
- You received the wrong product.
We do not accept returns or replacements for "change of mind" or if you simply decide you no longer want the product after delivery.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect our customers and our business, an unboxing video is mandatory to claim a replacement.
- You must record a video while opening the package for the first time.
- The video must be continuous (no cuts/edits) and clearly show the shipping label and the damage to the product.
- Claims without a valid unboxing video will be rejected.
3. Time Limit
You must report the damage or defect within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery date. Claims made after this 48-hour window will not be accepted.
4. The Replacement Process

Submit Proof
Attach your order ID and the mandatory unboxing video.
Verification
Our team will review the video. If the claim is valid, we will approve the replacement.
5. Return Shipping & Pickup
Serviceable Pincodes
If your pincode supports reverse pickup, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the defective unit from your location at our cost.
Non-Serviceable Pincodes
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, we will ask you to courier the product back to us. We will reimburse standard shipping charges upon receiving the product receipt.
6. Final Resolution
Once the defective unit is received and inspected by us, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement unit to you within 5-7 business days.
